Riverwalk Trail and Roadway Project New Traffic Pattern Shift begins Tuesday, November 17. The new pattern shift includes Seminole Boulevard closed between Mangoustine Avenue and Fulton Street. Seminole Boulevard will also be closed at French Avenue with no access Westward.

Beginning Tuesday Morning November 17, we will be shifting the traffic pattern eastward on Seminole Boulevard. The road will be closed between Mangoustine Avenue and Fulton Street.  Visitors to the Central Florida Zoo along with the residents from The Preserves, Venetian Bay, Regatta Shores and Lake Monroe Apartments will be able to enter and exit Seminole Boulevard from the east and west via Mangoustine Avenue and Monroe Road/CR-15.

Seminole Boulevard will also be closed at French Avenue. There will be no access westward. Residents of The Park at Ravello along with the businesses and residents of the Gateway at Riverwalk will have to enter and exit from the east at Park Avenue.

This traffic pattern will last approximately 6-8 weeks.  Please be patient and follow the detours. Thank you.
