(SANFORD, FL) Crooms Academy of Information Technology (AOIT) will host their annual “TechFest” conference on Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Crooms AOIT located at 2200 Historic Goldsboro Blvd., Sanford, FL, 32771. Students at the  conference will attend two workshop sessions to learn about the hi-tech workplace  and  necessary   professional  skills,  attend  a  keynote  session,  and  visit  an exhibit hall with more than 30 sponsors.

With  more  than  20  businesses  from  across  the  country  in  attendance,  students interested  in  a  career  within  information  technology  will  be  afforded  an  excellent networking opportunity, along with the chance to interview and secure an internship for the upcoming summer.

Since 2006, “TechFest” has raised over $278,000. The money raised from this event has allowed Crooms Academy to sponsor countless scholarships and other projects to prepare students for a successful career in the hi-tech workforce.
