City of Sanford COVID-19 Updates and Reminders
City Hall reopens for business Monday, June 1. The City of Sanford continues to work closely with our residents and businesses to recover from this historic crisis. For the safety of our employees and the public, we ask that anyone who may have been recently exposed to the virus not to visit City Hall at this time. We have installed protective measures to ensure our citizens and team members are prepared to operate within CDC recommended guidelines when we reopen City Hall and other City facilities to the public.
Online Services
The City of Sanford encourages our
customers to do business with the City online. More information can be
found at Citizenserve, the City’s
online portal for Business Tax Receipts, Oil and Grease Permits and Other
Licensing/Permitting, Development Services, Zoning, and Code Enforcement
complaints.
Parks and Recreation
Effective Monday, June 1st the
City of Sanford will begin a phased in approach to reopening playgrounds,
basketball courts and limited recreational activities. All activities
have been modified to follow current guidelines and park visitors should
continue to practice appropriate social distancing measures. Dates are subject
to change. Please visit sanfordfl.gov for continuing updates.
